Candidate Profile:

Minimum Experience: 4 years

Maximum Experience: 6 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field like Commerce is generally the minimum requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide management insights.
2. Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor expenditures and ensure funds are used appropriately.
3. Accounts payable and receivable: Oversee and manage the accounts payable and receivable processes. This includes processing bills, making payments, and monitoring collections.
4. Compliance and controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and GAAP. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
5. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and other financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.
6. Audit support: Provide support during internal and external audits.
7. Record maintenance: Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial information is entered correctly.
8. Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, if applicable.
9. Tax and other compliance: Prepare and file necessary tax documents (e.g., TDS, GST, VAT). 

Desired Profile Of The Candidate:

• Accounting knowledge: A strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations is essential.
• Software proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (like SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is necessary.
• Analytical skills: You need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data.
• Soft skills: Communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important qualities.
