Candidate Profile:

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and segment international markets through comprehensive research (focus: Africa, CIS/Eastern Europe, EU, SE Asia, Central & Latin America).
- Evaluate regulatory requirements and potential product portfolios for targeted markets.
- Analyze competitors and identify scope for market entry of generic products.
- Prioritize target markets and develop strategic plans for regulatory approvals and market entry.
- Plan and participate in international business tours, trade exhibitions, and establish partnerships with dealers, distributors, and agents.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding the client base.
- Prepare and present business cases to management and potential clients.
- Strategize and execute pre- and post-launch product plans.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across departments for smooth execution of business strategies.
- Develop partnerships via distributors, joint ventures, or contract manufacturing.
- Ensure efficient implementation of marketing strategies in coordination with support functions.
- Drive product introduction and market penetration with existing and new clients.
- Communicate product details via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Interact with R&D, Purchase, QA, and QC departments to support product promotion and address customer queries.
- Deliver impactful product presentations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.
- Analyze product and operational costs to ensure profitable sales.
Note: Only candidates with a pharmaceutical export background will be considered.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Pharma Industry Experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international pharmaceutical regulations and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in global markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory document preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Foreign language proficiency (Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus.
- Learning mindset and adaptability.
Salary:
Attractive compensation (20% increment over current salary, based on experience and fit)
